Patrick Nielly, General Manager

Patrick joined Emercell in June 2024. He brings over 25 years of international experience in Commercial Operations.  From 2019 to January 2021, he was Vice President Latin America at Guerbet (Medical Imaging). Prior to that, he worked at Ipsen Pharma from 2007 to 2019 as Country and Regional Manager in Europe and Latin America and led Ipsen’s Strategic Alliance Management team for 4 years. From 1994 to 2006, he served in different marketing and commercial roles at Novartis at local and corporate levels across Europe. He started in the pharmaceutical industry at SmithKline Beecham in 1991 in France, and then in the UK. 

His expertise includes build up and implement commercial processes and capabilities, turn around businesses in challenging environments, launch and develop licensing global partnerships (co-development & commercial assets) including in oncology, endocrinology, and aesthetic medicine.

Patrick received a master’s degree in Political Sciences at Science Po, Paris, France.
